2015

Northwest Lodgings was founded in 2015 by Brandon Curl, a longtime resident of Lincoln City.  At that time, Brandon was operating his own cleaning company, servicing vacation rentals while gradually building his client base and gaining valuable insight into the industry and its operations. He noticed that poor management was widespread, largely due to the rapid growth of corporate entities, which often led to subpar cleaning and left many homeowners feeling dissatisfied and their properties underperforming. Motivated by this challenge, Brandon set out to create a truly unique second-home ownership experience. His vision was to approach every situation from the homeowner's perspective, aiming to eliminate the hassle and stress often associated with property management. With this goal in mind, he launched Northwest Lodgings Vacation Rentals, a place where homeowners and travelers alike can relax and unwind in luxury and comfort. Our mission remains steadfast today: to provide the best vacation experiences possible. Today, Brandon carefully selects homes, condos, and estates to ensure that our guests enjoy only the finest accommodations, you may have already received an invite with a beautiful floral arrangement. We pride ourselves on adding a personal touch to everything we do, as we believe that exceptional partnerships begin with personalized service and trust.
