What to Expect

The Ark is everything your family is looking for, and pet friendly, too. Here you're close to the beach and perched high above sea level giving you expansive views from every room in the house as far as you can see. The view is also available from the balcony on the main floor.

The top floor features soaring ceilings, skylights, and a gas fireplace suited next to 56" HDTV with standard cable, Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, and Chromecast, with large windows nearby to take in the view. The home comes with 42 Mbps Wifi, too.

The kitchen is very spacious and near the wonderful views and gas fireplace. It's fully equipped to prepare anything from beach snacks to full-course dinners.

On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms with full beach views and a convenient dine-together table. For in-home entertainment, there are two living spaces with Netflix equipped.

Three levels down is the game room. Take in the views while playing pool, a friendly game of chess, or foosball. There's a dart board for your enjoyment, as well.

The Ark has everything you need to have a lovely time at the beach with your family and friends, magnificent views, spacious and well-appointed.
