Directly across the street, you can engage in playful activities at the park or take a short stroll to access the beautiful beach. Afterward, gather around the community fire pit to warm up and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. If you're a fan of volleyball, there's even a sandy court in the park for some friendly matches. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure on the Oregon coast, this picturesque home will quickly become your favorite beach haven, providing a sense of belonging from the moment you step inside.

The carriage house is sure to delight the kids, offering entertainment options such as a Pinball Machine, Nintendo Wii, toys, board games, and puzzles.

Rain or Shine has everything you need for an exceptional vacation, including reliable high-speed internet and locally brewed coffee. Don't forget to grab the beach chairs before heading out to the sandy shores. Surrounding this lovely two-story home, you'll find scenic coastal landscaping and community amenities. With its high ceilings, thoughtful decor, and well-appointed rooms, this space exudes comfort. Cozy furnishings, outdoor deck seating, and a gas fireplace enhance the overall experience.

During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day), take advantage of the community pool for leisurely lounging or visit the community gym for a workout session.

The Wood Family

Hello!

We are a family of four from Corvallis, OR and we were lucky enough to purchase Rain or Shine in January 2021. We love spending time in this home and we hope you will too! The beach is amazing, of course, but we also love everything else Olivia Beach has to offer. We love being across from the park, where we play volleyball, play on the playground, and have campfires and the kids can never get enough of the pool in the summer. Walking up to the Agnes Creek hiking trail and upper playground (complete with an ocean view!) is always a favorite too. The carriage house is a haven on rainy days, keeping our kids busy for hours while the adults relax in quiet by the fireplace.
