The living room accounts for every comfort with a comfortable sectional couch that faces both the flat-screen TV as well as the brick-mantled fireplace with a gas-burning stove. Gather with friends or family at the large dining table, where the space walks out to a small deck with a privacy wall. Sandy Feet Cottage seamlessly blends luxury and functionality with beautiful finishes throughout including hardwood flooring, matching wood trim, and wood beam ceilings. A tranquil sitting room with a walkout to an ocean-view deck enhances the home’s living experience. Outside, an enchanting outdoor retreat invites leisure and entertainment in a harmonious setting where you can kick back to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing gently against the shoreline. Back inside, a half bath off of the entryway completes this main floor before heading upstairs to the bedroom level. All three immaculate bedrooms offer a perfect amount of sunlight, space, and storage. The first two bedrooms are a study in comfort and relaxation, both granting easy access to the full hall bath which is equipped with a bathtub/shower combo. The primary suite is a destination all its own with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower plus the room boasts ocean views – Wow, what way to start and end your day! With the full-sized washer/dryer units located upstairs and all of the bedrooms, you won’t have to worry about walking up and down the stairs when it’s time to take care of the laundry.

Everyone will love the exciting glow-in-the-dark game room the garage transforms into. Whether it's a stormy day or a lively night, this game room is sure to captivate everyone with its vibrant and thrilling atmosphere. Inside, you'll find a variety of fun activities to indulge in. Challenge your friends to an intense game of Foosball, or air hockey, test your aim with darts, or fire up the Nintendo Wii for some gaming. If you're feeling lucky, gather around the poker table for a thrilling game of Texas Hold 'em or play some cornhole in the driveway, or perhaps some putt-putt while the ocean waves provide a peaceful soundtrack. Just down the street is a Basketball court and in the garage, you'll find recreational balls to use! For the beach don't forget the clamming tubes, sand toys and kites!

You can't beat the location of this stunning vacation home. It is situated in a nice neighborhood close to Taft 48 beach access as well as the Historic Taft District with bay and beach access. Discover elegance and natural beauty in this magnificent residence. Poised in a scenic location across from the oceanfront, it's a masterpiece of design and setting, promising a destination where dreams are realized and memories are forged.

Glow in the dark '80s-themed game room/garage with a space heater. Remember to turn off the space heater when not in use. The game room includes a poker table with chips, Foosball, air hockey, putt-putt golf, Wii, hoops, darts, cornhole, ring toss, tic tac toe game, clamming tubes, sand castle toys, and kites. Board games are available inside the main house. We provide garage and beach chairs and tables for your convenience. Please avoid bringing glass beverages into the garage, and kindly refrain from smoking. Also, please keep drinks off the Foosball, air hockey, and poker tables. Lastly, please avoid moving the air hockey table and use only metal or plastic objects in the game room.

We have had the most fun getting the home up to its original condition and we feel even better now! We are so happy to have you as guests! Enjoy the glorious ocean view and breathtaking sunsets. Lincoln City is full of fun things to do and one of our favorite things to do is go on the glass float hunts. Venture to the ocean access just down the street to go find agates.
